Tell me about your project.
I’ve been a Sound Mixer and Boom Operator for the last four years, first operating in Detroit and now in Los Angeles. I’ve worked on a variety of productions including features, shorts, commercials, documentaries, webseries, and more. Feature-length projects are my favorite productions to work on because of the opportunities for collaboration that arise when working with the same team for so long! I provide sound services for productions of every size and stage. From pre-production consultation to on-set mixing to post production, I can help your project sound beautiful every step of the way. I have an arsenal of gear at my disposal and relationships with rental houses and fellow sound professionals to cover productions of every size.
Sound Philosophy
I believe that sound is the most important part of any project and that I can provide you with the best sound for your project. While on set, I keep this in mind while recognizing that any project is made in collaboration with many moving parts. I aim to provide the best sound possible while establishing a collaborative relationship with all other departments on set. I believe that getting the best sound requires effort beyond simply my time on location and requires careful planning, consistent communication with other departments, and detailed logs for post. I always bring a smile and a positive attitude to set as I truly love what I do and believe the final product is best when the people making it are happy. The most frequent feedback I get is that I am passionate and professional, and I aim to bring my passionate professionalism to every project I am a part of.
